The 2024 My Best Year Challenge officially begins on January 1st 2024. Participants can start the challenge at any time after that date.  

Participants of a challenge can use our online progress tracker which can be found here. https://tracker.challengeinmotion.com/. Simply create your user profile or sign into your existing profile and your registered challenge will be assigned to your profile within 24/48 Hours. 

We offer a couple ways to enter your miles for your challenge.  
1.  Manually Log - User's can select from their main dashboard calendar for the days they would like to add their miles. 
2.  Automatically sync from a smart device or app.  Currently accept syncing with Strava, Garmin, FitBit, and MapMyRun (or other Under Armor Apps).  We are always working on new ways or adding other apps and devices. 

Participants can choose to run, walk, bike, swim, or any forward distance related activty to complete their challenge.  Also, activites can be completed using exercise equipment such as treadmills or stationary bikes for example.  

You can run, walk, bike, swim, any thing that can be converted into a miles format. This challenge is not about being a competitive challenge. It's about being the best YOU that you can be. The miles you put in are the ones that you feel valuable to you. In the past we have had people only submit their dedicated running miles and some that have put in their full daily miles. The miles that we engrave are down to 2 decimal points. If you prefer to have your coin rounded to an even number please just us know in advance.

Challenge in Motion does not require that any challenge be completed in any specific timeframe.  We strive to focus on finishing the challenge. 

Typically the longer distance challenges will have a team option to complete the challenge.  Team members will work together on the overall distance of the challenge.  

You do not actually need the packet to start the challenge. As long as you are tracking your miles you will be on track to receive your monthly engraved coins.

Yes, definitely! Our philosophy is that the My Best Year Challenge is a collection of every mile ever accomplishment that you have achieved throughout the year. If you need that extra boost of motivation for a day, a week, a month go for it! In the end this challenge is about you and a representation of all that you have accomplished for the year!
